Melisa Hendrawati

Melisa currently serves as a Chief Financial Officer / Finance Director of Superbank. Prior to joining Superbank, Melisa was the CFO of OY! Indonesia, a payment fintech focusing on democratizing money movement in Indonesia. She was also appointed as Director of Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) Indonesia Chapter, Board of Director of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Society Indonesia, and Vice President of NTU Alumni Association Indonesia. She also co-founded Indonesia Women in Finance Club. Previously, she contributed to DBS Bank Indonesia with her last appointment as Head of Credit Risk & Chief Operating Officer, in which she was nominated as Indonesia Young Women Future Business Leader 2019 by SWA. Recently, she was awarded Indonesia’s Women Influencer in Financial Services Industry 2023 by WFIS. Melisa moved back to Indonesia in 2014 after numerous banking stints in JPMorgan Singapore and Citi Singapore.

Melisa graduated from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore with Bachelor of Business specializing in Actuarial Science, and MBA (Dean’s list) in Finance & Strategy. She is a certified CFA and FRM, and contributes as a part-time lecturer as well as keynote speakers around digitalization, women empowerment and leadership.
